Once again under the shadowy tree, in his lap

With my eyes on him and a novel in hand

My heart twisted its form and danced to a new rhythm,

His toxic melody and I felt on the top of an enchanting brim!

Once again on the showery grass, we walked barefoot

I still remember that inclination of his wet cheeks

Where I wanted to imprint a kiss like a watermark

As there was no eye to stare nor to throw a look

Once again on a bed of roses, I placed my head on his chest

I can claim that rose’s fragrance was nothing in front of his; I assure it must have stolen a bit from his breath

And now declares as if it itself is the original source

How boldly the roses lie about the perfume they stole!

Once again in those ears I whispered three magical words

And that he’s my everything and my world

The lips, these hands, eyes, the heart and soul

I name him my existence, on top of it all!
