Dear, mothers this is for you
I remember when I saw your wings that day, though they were small they glistened in the light, your halo was as bright as a crown surrounded in diamonds, what should I have called you when the light from your eye’s shone as you watched your children play. Angel, angel was not what you would say because they were all around you as though they were stars filling the night sky, so I will call you mother, guardian, lecturer, sister, friend, me amour, my strength, and my heart. Mother you spread your wings to protect me and grabbed my hand when I fell. Even when those days of fear you grabbed my hand and shed your tears for me, your tears fill with so much pain that your wings grew largely as they rapped themselves around me clearing away my tears, and I knew what your name was: My everything.
Happy mother’s day, sincerely Tru<3.
I hope your wings fit well.
