One day you think this will all go away

This hatred inside of you, keeping your night from turing into day

You're stuck in the darkness of your sins

No one knows what lies within

A broken heart and shattered feelings

A way of dealing with your pain, your way of healing...

No one else seems to understand

Then again, they don't know you at all

You wish they would leave you alone

And leave you to your razor

To let you make that one last cut

To add to those scars

But they won't...

Even if it's what you want

Because they don't know you at all

Every smile and every laugh is fake

They ask you what's wrong

You wish they would make you tell the truth

But how could they understand the pain you go thorough

They don't know you at all
