Chapter 1:My birthday!

I woke up this morning to the smell of grandma Esme making what smelled like bacon and eggs. I had on a pair of silky pok-a-dot sleep shorts and a whit tank top, I walked down the stairs rubbing my eyes and yawning, (somthing that always seems to make my parents laugh.) I was so tired, probably because I didn't gogto sleep til almost 3 in the morning. I got to the very last step and my parents greet me with "Good morning," but as i walked into the kitchenI seen a big stack, of what looked like......... presents? What istoday? "Um, your birthday Nessie!" of course that was my father, reading my thought like usual. "OMG today is my birthday!" I'm technicaly only turning 12, but I'm fully grown, andI looklike I'm 18.

Wow, how did I forget my own birthday? "Well that's a good question Nessie, but then again it might be because you've been sneaking out with Jacob and not coming home untill 3 or 4 in the morning? But thats also just my suspicions." he said with a smile, which of course he found ou about my whole sneaking out with Jacob thing. But then again he doesnt know that I went to a party last night! ha ha ha! Finally something he doesn't know!! "Well Nessie, um yes actually nowI do know and your in a lot of trouble! But right now you should probably go get dressed, Jacob wants you to meet him at La Push." "Ok, thanks for telling me dad!" I yelled as I ran up the stairs.

Gosh, I was so glad that my dad couldn't here my thoughts while I was up here. If he could I'd be in so much trouble! But only because if he here's me curse in my thoughts I get in a lot of trouble.

After I was dressed I ran to La Push, when i got there Jacob was waiting for me, I ran into his arms and we kissed. "Hey Jake!!Guess what?" Isaid this with enthusiasum. "What Nessie?" "We're in so much trouble thats what! My dad read my thoughts and found out about the party last night! OH! And all the other nihts we've snuck out!"

"Great! But can I show you something? it's a birthday present!" "Um, sure, why not?" "Ok close your eyes, and come this way, and.........stop!" Oh my god if my dad see's this he wiil flip! "Thanks jake it's so nice! But you know my dad isn't going to let me ride a dirt bike, right?"
