I sit on my bed,

Staring at the floor.

Wondering why..

I didn't say more.

I look at the photographs,

Hanging on the wall.

I feel like my world..

Is going to fall.

All I can think of,

Is you and your smile.

I can't remember,

Was it worthwhile?

The hand strikes twelve,

As my phone rings.

I answer it slowly,

And the voice starts to sing.

Could it be you?

After all this time.

You've been in my thoughts,

Is that a crime?

The voice hangs up.

And tears start to fall.

I really believed..

It was your call.
