Sitting cold and alone here I await
my reflection gleems in the metal
too disgusted to look
to ashamed to see
I turn it so the light does not reach
yet the blade still shines
but the reflection is no more
unaware of its deadly destiny
it shimmers in the night
so much pain and misery i have caused
so much guilt and anguish i still feel
just one move and it begins
just one slice and all is gone
the blade sinks deep, no pain is felt
dropping to the floor the sound of metal echos
glistening in the light, the blood begins to pour
faster and faster with each pulsating beat of my heart
the floor now being covered in guilt and remorse
colder and shameful i dwindle
my breath is shallow and rasping
the end is near
an image becons in my mind
...............................
NO...stop what have i done..
the slice to deep,
 blood flowing too fast
it will not stop
to weak to stand, too cold to yell
the image fades...
crying is heard.....
...........................
.......................
.....
the last drop hits the floor.............
