Defining insanity. I believe that mental illness is something that man should understand and not judge. This poem is a attempt from me to try to shed some light on how it feels to have mental issues.

For years I've heard voices.

These voices

Help me make my choices

And tell me to feed my dogs poisons.

I hear animal noises.

From day one I've been wrong.

I once snuck into the library

With no pants on

And got caught reading a book

While commenced in masturbation.

Do you need a demonstration?

I have no problem

With a self made ejaculation.

I like women from abused homes.

That way, it's o.k.,

To come home drunk,

And bash her in the head with the telephone.

I want to sleep with a chick with one arm

Just to see how she would put her clothes back on.

I sometimes wear a wig and a Star Trek pin

And tell people I'm a Vulcan.

It's unlogical the things I do.

I once found myself in my kitchen sqatting nude

Eating regurgitated dog food.

I'm locked away in isolation

And still have someone to talk to.
