Run away, run away, I’ve got to run away.

I’ve got to run away from scarlet love and raven hate.
I can’t continue on in this state.

Run away, run away, I’ve got to run away.

Emotions grip me, holding me tight.
I choke back the tears and run into the night.

Run away, run away, I’ve got to run away.

Lust, blood-lust, love and war.
Hurting and raging, I always come back for more.

Run away, run away, I’ve got to run away.

I run away, but I can never help myself.
I’ll always come back to be an open book on your shelf.

Run away, run away, I’ve got to run away.

I’ve got to hide so no one can find me.
I’m just a shadow, really, don’t mind me.

Run away, run away, I’ve got to run away.

I’ll run from all the eyes, from all the pitying smiles.
I will run from the blood my heart longs for.
What do I want to commit these wrongs for?

Is it all for love,
Or is it all a lie?

Run away…run away…I’ve got to run away…
