Grapes, dark as clotted blood, slipped through pale virgin lips.

Innocence was impaled by black deceit.

Thick, wet air pressed on gasping lungs.

The rain that fell had no hope of mending the breach that rent a young girl's dreams.

A heat, like nothing Hell could replicate, burned her tainted soul.

The eyes of a well-concealed predator mocked her,

And she was led as a willing lamb to slaughter.
