This is a poem that came to me when I observed sundown.

The wind bathes in my hair

As it dances in the air

Trees whisper as if not to bother

Leaning closer to each other

Dark silhouettes stand up against the dusky sky

As the invisible waves roll by

Scattering stars one by one

Until the sky is lit up and the darkness is gone

Clouds gather here and there

And the dissasipate into the thin air

The moon peeks around the corner

To shine a light from border to border

It alights the world from all around

To keep us safe, to keep us sound
