How anxiety affected me.

while entering a crowed room, my palms start to sweat, my body begins to shake, my vision is nothing but a blur, I'm unable to get my breath.
During this time my fear is abloom.
Thoughts are racing, all irrational, none have an ounce of logic.
Muscles liquefied, momentarily paralyzed.
I cant answer a question in fear of being wrong.
I cant pay at store in fear of others thoughts.
I cant ask you how you are without fear of being a bother.
I cant live my life, I'm controlled by fear.
I'm living in a cage with the door unlocked.
