The accident was quick and loud

I don’t know what or how it happened

I seen my body lying there bloody and still

Motionless so I knew what my end had been

I had felt myself suspended above my body

As I seem to be awaiting my departure

There was a spiraling light up ahead

I had heard the cliché before

I felt myself compelled toward the light

I assumed I was headed to the good place

As I approached the screaming began

I could hear the scratching and the clawing

The light as I drew closer was not from above

The light was forcing me downward

A flame was a source of the light

And it awaited my arrival with a thirst for my soul

I have now arrived and there is no escape

My last words to you are to warn you

Just because it is a light people see

Does not mean Heaven awaits thee

And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light (II Corinthians 11:14)
