NITRO: Promises of hope renewed (Naruto)

A bitter-sweet and uplifting comedy-drama about a young girl named Saga Yuki and her first love Uzumaki Naruto. To treat her illness overseas, Yuki has been living away from her first love Naruto for the past three years. After learning about the upcoming surgery, which she has only a fifty percent chance of survival, Yuki decides to go back to Konoha to meet Naruto again (just in case she doesn't survive the surgery). Once in Konoha she decides to act like she doesn't know Naruto at all, after seeing he has a crush on someone else.
Naruto somehow remembers her and their reunion is nothing but full of surprises as Yuki has transformed from the innocent sickly girl Naruto remembers from ten years ago into a sassy woman with an attitude. Naruto has difficulty dealing with his wickedly selfish teenage-hood friend, but soon learns about the truth of her medical condition and has a change of heart.
