Everyone I see is happy
And I play along, 'cuz for me it's just a game
I pretend to wear my happy face,
But alone I'm drowning in the pain

Another day goes by,
And you still don't see what is inside
Either you don't care to search
Or I have become good at hiding it

Because I sit here with a false smile
And you keep talking like nothing's wrong
You don't see the crying inside
And you refuse to hold your tounge

So life goes on, but you still don't see
You're so selfish you don't notice
When the smiling stops
And I reveal my true face
