If I was a disappointment

God would not have made me

Or have me packed and sent

Opened for the world to see

I have goals, feelings, and dreams

But you don’t see that it seems

When you screw up, when the truth is seen

Praise will thrive and hate will die

I know you know what I mean

Big words, freak

I know inside you’re small and weak

You’d say that, wouldn’t you?

Watch and see what I can do

I’m not the bad guy, son

But I’m not playing as the angel

Maybe we have more in common

Then we see at our angles

My brain is off

My heart has stopped

My soul is thriving

Your evil is mopped

That battle you may have won

But I have won the war

No longer wounded, no longer sore

Join me, cleansed, a forever-living one
