Powerlessness

We ladies tend to want the bad guy or the guy who cant hold up his own. Or a guy who harmed you..

The magnetism to my metal, but the rubber and the glue
Were off and on, slipping but adjacent
It's wrong after all, the math he gives is wrong
but once a year, I'll fall back into his everlasting arms
Greivance and pain, sultry, shame
I'm addicted, like crank
I'm on the verge to never come back
but my lungs fill with the air he releases,
powerful, brilliance, non-like cologne
Sideways, all ways, hes warm, hes warmth
Homeostasis, we keep each other alive
Breathing through cycles of Anaphylaxis
Our presence of each other shocks and shine
Unlike the metaphor cloud 9, I'm higher, Heaven
My stone, my fallback, my electron movement
Take me again please, prove it, sooth it.

Nice. This is very true. We all have been guilty of this at one time or another. And we cant change it until we are ready to.

Exactly. Some wish to stay there but what they don't know is that they can be happy without that person.

Beautifully done. There is so much emotion that you show through the poem. There is only one thing that I would criticize. Your use of "it". Substitute better words and this poem will be perfect.
