This is a short oppening of a story I had to do for school, it is going to be an adventure/action story about a young girl who's trying to find her feet in the world. My family have read it and said that it was very good, here's your chance to see if you agree.

I was alone, I could taste the strong sent of sea salt in the air. I was surrounded by millions of grains of sand, each one individual like a bright star among a galaxy of planets. The wind was playing with my hair, twisting it into a mass of tangles. In the very far distance I could see a grand Ocean Liner- with its ruby red funnels pumping merky mist into the clear darkness. The sand fell effortlessly through my delicate fingertips, like a dolphin glides swiftly through a turquoise sea, As the moon sped behind the clouds, the waves came up and grabbed me by the ankles and I never saw living daylight ever again. Bang! And that was the last thing I ever heard.
That was it. My life had gone in thirteen years, It started with blackness, just pure blackness and nothing else. I never knew what It felt like to die, until now. The pain was immense, nothing could describe it. But it's like getting run over fifty times. Just once is enough pain, like a thousand knives plundging powerfully into your body without a care in the world. But fifty times. There's nothing I could of done, or anyone else. Just as i thought everything was gone, I heard a tap, tap, tapping, Enough to scare anyone who thought they were dead...
