I have the letters you've sent me locked away in a special place,
for they're the only things that keeps a smile on my face.

The sound of your voice is forever burned into my mind,
for your voice is only one of a kind.

You always found a way to keep me smiling even if it's just for a while,
because we both know that it's all worthwhile.

You always stood by my side through the bad and good things in life,
making sure I don't ever go near the knife.

For we both know that it'll be the death of me,
making all my blood on the floor visual to see.

But now that we're being kept away from each other it's just unfair!
All of this is causing a tear.

A tear to my own heart making it hurt like hell,
and also unwell.

What else must they do to make this worse?
The darkness is where I immerse.

I'm slowly coming closer to my own demise.
No one will be able to hear my cries or my goodbyes,
for I'll be alone the time where my heart finally dies.
