Finally peaceful
Behind rust colored panes
The red is running
From the depth of my veins

The boiling subsides
The pain in my mind
Is ending itself
In just the nick of time

The rage dulls down
And I come back to earth
The person I was
Is now one with the dirt

Now one different
Hovers above
I stand here
At the brink of love

But it won’t accept me
And I must turn away
Taking my own life
Made me a stray

If I want to enter in
Then he must reach out
Forgiven again
In spite of my doubt
