kiss of the sun

teardrops undone

light within

darkness without

stained glass windows

say there is still one devout

smiles play on lips

and kisses for fingertips

sweet summer days

warmth of suns rays

hidden swimming holes

with pleasures untold

two children in love

fit together

like hand and glove

sweet prom dances

stolen kisses in the night

a hedged in bench

where lovers alight

don't be fooled

these days do end

but have heart

they come back again
