Your life is like a struggling solo army

fighting the unfamiliar and dark phantoms in your head

When you speak, faces smirk, mouths mimick

When you try to fit in, there's no hope

'Cos you become a pear in a critical world of perfect apples

An immigrant tends to be a number,

the person behind the number seems to be ignored

Yet they yearn for acceptance

Do you think there is no reason for our departure?

To come to the land of opportunity.

Instead you leave us to deal with Homesickness

letting it gradually devour our well being

We slowly become familiar with an unfamiliar territory

Don't you know we can bring your life a whole new culture?

Immerse you into a completly different lifestyle

Ingross you with our own diverse world

Your part is simple

so so simple

Mould that one pear, into a new shining apple.

You'll be suprised just how much, your little box will change.
