The Lonely

Poem by: Ward

Summary

It's about the fact around me that there are people who feel that way and choose or even have to live their life in that way.

The Lonely

In the eyes of the lonely, the world is grey, the snow falls in May, and the rose always fades away.

In the days of the lonely, the love song sounds pain, the Venus' beauty looks plain, and only heartbreaks remain.

The lonely may be one in a million, but they exist for a reason. Their life may be dull and painful, yet, they have their own way to be grateful.
