Dutch courage, liquid luck
You have no feelings you don't give a fuck
You're a robot fuelled on beer and liquor
You can't feel anymore, you can't be bitter

You watch the smoke dance as you breathe it out
The overwhelming guilt you're clouding it out
You take a high so you can't hit a low
You're killing yourself but you want to go

You're on your own and that's part of the problem
They wouldn't understand, you couldn't tell them
The alcohol is empty, the joint is gone
An empty shell is left, death isn't long
