A poem that sheds some light on the sheer insignificance of human existence when faced with the Universe

The existence of humanity Can be described with a simile; We are like a pebble to an ocean.

Everything that you can see, our future and our history, Encompassed in this notion.

Our human ingenuity The universe`s mysteries And our hard work and devotion,

Doesn`t change the fact that we Are insignificant as the Pebbles of the ocean.
