This was a school sonnet that I did a long time ago... So, since I am new here, why not just publish previous items.

When I saw something heavenly tasty,

I know that I'm going to be fatty,

I said to myself not be hasty,

Because I cooked a big, juicy patty.

Deep down I crave for one huge apple pie,

Judging the contest to find the best pick,

Choosing hard but the winner's pie can lie,

Because the pies are given one last lick.

My adored dish must be very spicy,

So I have high expectations for food,

But I still love deserts that are icy,

Cooling the soul when I have a bad mood.

Oh no, here comes the growl of my tummy,

Hunting for food, deliciously scrummy.
