This is a poem I wrote when I was 12. I got this published in an anthrology. My family in America did it for me, they're loaded but I haven't spoken to them since then for personal reasons and I don't have the book anymore. I think it was one of those crap things where you just submit for free or a price and they make all the money, none the less it's something that I've always been proud of!

Once upon a fairytale, my mother said to me

And told me of a long lost land that nobody could see.

You see that hill with plants and trees

And dickey birds and bumblebees,

Well at the top and down a bit

There is a place where you can sit.

Or on the sand where birds eat from your hand

And wild horses you can stroke and ride,

This is a land where no creature has to hide.

All the animals live in harmony

And this is the way our world should be.

But if you just turn left and round that bend

There is a wicked place called Earth...The End.
