The Blackening

Poem by: Wicked Beautiful

Summary

One word- unexplainable. Literally. This is a tale of pain and only pain, nothing more. No real line of story. So sit back, feel your heart pounding in your chest and your blood racing through your veins and let your imagination take over.

The Blackening

The breach between life and death is breaking,

Breaking like the branches connecting to your brain.

To go or not to go is an unnecessary thought,

You're already dead to me.

Sinking like a ship with no captain,

Falling apart like a house with cracked paint.

Your vacancy is killing you through day and through night,

Eating your soul away.

I hope you choke on your own blood,

I hope to hear your painful screams.

I hope to live knowing that you were never good enough for me.

I hope for nothing to cloud your pain,

I hope you know that you are nothing but a case of the blackening.
