From the Pearl of the Orient Seas
Life in the Philippines is very tough. Due to hard to earn money, people prefer to work off their homeland. By nowadays, we Filipinos suffer the way of life. If you’re a member of a broken family, you’ll feel the vow behind being rich, yet the Filipino family will still be going strong. Strong, by means of happy-living even if it is broken; this one of a kind family is naturally composed of children and the parents (sometimes with other extended relative).
Well, I would describe its heart and soul… by which unity glows and experience grows. And I, as a member of it, see the real spirit of respect simply by the means of love. See, whatever the distance, the sky that covers our land still find a way to blow upon the wind and cherish its nest. And yes, I know, our family is no different from any other country; we all may do have things in common, yet one simple thing separates us most, the big difference of a child raised in the Pearl of the Orient Seas, the youth that wakes up every morning to face all the dangers in his own homeland, his own tradition, culture and mission… Nothing can be the same as that for all of us. No place like this, no people like us, still standing tall, full-erect beside yours.
