Preface

My Favorite Poems

?

?

I dedicate this book to everyone

who believed in me

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

Seeds of joy

?

?

The seeds were planted within her womb.

One seed broke the barrier of what lie in wait.

Fertilized and planted life is created.

Starting to grow taking shape and form,

Determining gender and traits.

A boy or a girl of that I’m not sure.

Big or small doesn’t matter at all.

A new life is created,

To be cherished honored and enjoyed.

?

?

?

My child

?

?

You my child are the meaning of life,

And my life before you.

You make me feel love as never love felt before.

You touch my life

More than you will ever know.

As though my life’s purpose was to prepare for you.

To build my knowledge as so I can teach you.

Help guide and prepare you,

So you too can walk upon this world.

As a man of many means and ways,

So you too can conquer the battles

That are set before you.

?

?

?

?

Your tears

?

?

Your tears are like salt in an open wound.

Burning my soul as they run down your cheek.

Your pain I feel, a hurt so deep.

To say I know just how you feel I can just imagine,

But not know how you deal.

My words of salience may speak volumes.

You silence like a picture speaks a thousand words.

Yet you know that I’m there for you,

There for you through this time of sorrow.

?

?

?

For filled

?

?

Thirsty am I that drinks from your beauty,

Savors the passions of your soul.

Thirsty am I that feeds off your love,

Filling my desires with you.

Thirsty am I that seeks the pleasures.

That only you can give.

For filled am I to eat of the fruits,

That only you can provide.

For filled am I to know,

That you are with me

And I with you.

?

?

?

?

?

I love you

?

?

When I see you I get excited.

When I’m near you my heart is pounding.

Every cell in my body is elated,

Every nerve dancing on end.

Every fiber of my being knows how I feel about

you. I love to touch you with my hands.

Caress your face, your arms, your thighs and

Breasts. I love to touch you with my tongue.

On your cheek, your chin, your nose,

And your lips with an open kiss.

I love to hug you close hold you near my heart.

Feel your heat, your love, our passion engulfed.

I love to nibble on your neck.

Suckle on your breasts indulge in wondrous sex.

I love to lie and cuddle hold you close,

Tell you how much I love you.

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

Love Feelings

?

?

What is love I ask, is it that euphoric feeling

Like a high that keeps my head reeling.

Is it butterflies that churn,

That queasy feeling with which I am dealing.

Or when my heart, mind and soul

Share all the same feelings.

About the person who’s heart I am stealing.

What is love I ask if it’s not feeling

Like my life is healing.

Is it love I’m feeling

When with you I’m with.

?

?

?

?

My love for you

?

Thoughts of you fill my head, cloud my mind,

No more room for a single thought.

As I close my eyes and see you there.

As you were the moment I fell in love with you.

I know it’s not the right time or place,

But I’m patient.

When it comes to love and loves fate,

I can wait for my one true mate.

I will cherish the times I see you,

Indulge in the moments I’m with you.

I will lock you in my heart with my very soul.

Hold you in my mind with every thought.

Obsess myself with thoughts of you.

Till the day we can be together,

And share the rest of our lives forever.

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

Nobody knows

?

?

Since the day I met you I knew that someday you

would be mine.

I made you my best friend and encouraged you to

make me yours.

Nobody knows the way I love you,

Nobody knows the way I feel.

The time that I spent with you was so very special.

The time I had to spend with you I so treasured.

I’ve always admired you, held you in such high

Esteem.

I think you are just fabulous beyond all means.

Nobody knows the way I love you,

Nobody knows the way I feel.

The first time that I held you, kissed you,

That first time I knew I wanted you needed you.

I knew right then that I loved you.

Nobody knows the way I love you,

Nobody knows the way I feel.

So I will tell the world that I love you.

I will tell the world how you make me feel.

?

?

?

Passion

?

?

With lips as sweet as honey,

Her kiss as fine as wine.

Made from the fruits of passion,

Her kiss is just divine.

Her skin is so soft and smooth.

Gentle do I touch,

I caress her beautiful body

That I so enjoy very much.

We entangle our bodies together,

In love do we mate.

In my heart I always knew

That meeting you was destiny and fate.

My heart is filled with love,

A passion that burns with desire.

And with you my love

That passion is as hot as fire.

?

?

?

?

?

?

Someone special

?

?

I love the way you take care of me.

Cooking meals, washing cloths

How you care for me.

That’s something special.

I love the way you look and how you dress,

The way you look and smile.

That’s something special.

I love the way you talk to me.

Go out and have fun,

Or just stay home and spend time with me.

That’s something special.

I love the way you hold me, hug me.

How you kiss me, make love to me.

That’s something special.

I love the way you do these things just for me,

Baby that makes you someone special.

The web space bar

?

?

We talked for hours, we talked for days,

In the chat room where we met.

We shared some ides and shared some same goals,

We shared many commons in things that we hold.

We exchanged pictures and liked what we seen.

As strange as it was we were falling in love,

To strangers that met on the web.

I drove for an hour she drove the same.

We met for real are nerves were aflame.

She was all I expected and desired her to be.

As for me I think she was pleased.

Four years we have been married,

A family has been created

From the web space bar.

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

To say I love you

?

?

To say I love you means.

We walk hand in hand,

Dance cheek to cheek and lie side by side.

To say I love you means.

I always look forward to being with you,

Always want to hang with you.

Never do I tier of being with you.

To say I love you means.

You are foremost in my mind,

Held closely in my heart and tightly to my soul.

To say I love you means.

That you are very special

And I care a lot about you.

Lion on the prowl

?

?

I went out clubbing Friday night.

Like a lion on the prowl looking for his prey,

There she was just across the room.

Sitting with some of her friends,

When she looked up she caught my glair.

A smile crept on her face. I raised my glass

As to say hi and with a nod she said hi back.

I seen her stand with her glass in her hand

Walking toward the bar.

When she approached she asked the bar keep for a

drink. On me I told the bar tender.

With a touch on my thigh and a wink in her eye.

She said thanks as she sat in the stool next to me,

My eyes soaked in her beauty.

Her long auburn hair that hung to her breasts.

Her lean slender body,

Stuffed in that skin tight dress.

She noticed as I gazed upon her beauty.

Her green eyes sparkled back at my gaze,

Like a lion on the prowl

I found my prey.

Battle lines

?

?

With battle lines drawn in the sands of time.

Can mankind conquer ramped drug use and violent

Crimes. With economic turmoil around the world

And a energy crisis from electric to gas,

Such environmental tragedies as the greenhouse

Effect. Will mankind conquer battle lines drawn in

The sands of time.

With battle lines drawn in the sands of time.

Terrorists are attacking nations in the name of god.

Countries are fighting religious wars.

Wars are waged over a piece of land or a way of

life. Can mankind conquer battle lines drawn in the

sands of time.

With battle lines drawn in the sands of time.

Can mankind conquer modern technologies that

help corrupt our morality.

To expose and exploit a world full of nations.

When political corruption starts at the top,

Will mankind conquer battle lines drawn in the

sands of time.

Bitter discontent

?

?

A new year begins as the last one ends,

The year was one of bitter discontent.

For some pain and grief other lost their jobs and

Pensions.

Some lost their businesses and homes,

Many filed bankruptcy,

In a year of bitter discontent.

Many went off to war in foreign places.

Some lost their lives others were disabled.

Only a few escaped the horror

In a year of bitter discontent.

A battle over politics filled with hopeless promises,

As our economy plummets,

In a year of bitter discontent.

As a new year begins let us all hope,

For good health and prosperity in the new year

Ahead. Let us all pray that the powers that be,

Lead us too new promising beginnings.

Let the new year begin Not as the last one ended.

?

?

?

Innocence betrayed

?

White is innocence so pure, holy is white.

Unstained and clean like the innocence of a child.

Black is the color of betrayal.

Dark like shadows looming on the wall,

From the night street light.

Dark shadows of gray is innocence betrayed.

Like white raped by black is gray

Innocence betrayed.

?

?

?

?

Mirror, Mirror

?

Who is that looking back at me

In the mirror on the wall.

I don’t recognize this person at all.

The worry lines that haggard look,

Dark circles around the eyes.

This person looking back at me

Looks tired and warn.

I can feel his sorrow,

As he suffers from my pain.

Who is that looking back at me.

In the mirror on the wall,

This is not the person

That I once thought I knew.

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

The book

?

?

When you read me I feel you inside.

I know when you are laughing,

Or even when you cry.

Your excitement is pleasing

To my pages inside.

Reading me so intensely word for word.

I can feel your pleasure page after page.

Your excitement heightens

Chapter after chapter.

Like a climax, I know I gave pleasure

By what was written inside.

?

?

?

?

The crossroads

?

?

To a crossroad in life you have come.

The first of a few you will pass in time.

As you walk down the pathway of life.

To the left is the extreme to be wild and free,

Somewhat uncaring let it all hang out.

And see where life leads you.

To the right is the opposite,

to walk the straight and narrow .

Blindly by fate with a preset path and destination.

Straight ahead the path is wide,

You can veer a little from side to side.

To the rear is not a choice,

No one can turn around on the path of life.

?

?

?

?

The four winds

?

?

I came to a place where the four winds blow.

Looking, searching, seeking out

Answers to feelings.

Feelings that I did not understand.

I felt the winds blowing from all directions.

Touching, cleansing, healing

My heart, my mind, and my soul.

Energizing, rejuvenating,

My mind. my body, my being.

I felt the four winds blowing,

Healing my soul.

?

?

?

?

?

?

?

The grave

?

?

As I stand here looking through the gate.

I see a place of death where soulless bodies lie to

rot. Buried in boxes beneath the earths crust.

A chill runs down my spine.

An eerie feeling creeps across my soul.

The thought of death and dying upon my mind.

I stand here thinking was their life worth living.

Was their purpose served, hoping their life was not

a waste. Or ending to soon before their life had even

begun. I stand here thinking it could be you,

Standing there starring down at me.

?

?

?

?

The light

?

I feel the darkness coming, like the sun setting upon

my soul. Through the darkness I see a light.

Getting bigger, getting brighter, the darkness closes

In. The light is gleaming so radiant so bright so

Beautiful, Like a star so brilliant yet I had no fear.

I felt it drawing, pulling ,I hear it calling.

Talking to me, telling me that it’s not time yet.

It’s not time yet, in a language I don’t speak,

But yet I understood.

I felt the darkness lifting as the light faded away.

Oxygen filled my lungs, my heart began to beat.

Oh but that light, that beautiful light that drew me

so near.

?

?

?

?

The storm

?

?

Lighting strikes fast and furious a tree splits in two.

Thunder roars with sonic booms.

Dark grey green clouds hung low above the ground,

Whirling winds blow strong bright light flash sonic

Boom. Swirling winds that pick up speed,

A tornado warning on the T.V.

Hail is falling, golf ball size pounding on the roof

Smashing through the glass.

A whirling funnel on the ground,

Like a bomb death and destruction on the ground.

The winds are dying down It’s quiet calm and

Smooth. The rains have stopped the storm moves

on.

?

?

?

?

?

The final lap

?

Swimming here in this sack,

Just wondering when was my chance.

With millions of others swimming about,

And all just waiting to burst out.

Of when we are going of that I am unknowing,

Whoosh like an explosion ,

I was thrown pushed man I was hauling.

A burst shot out of like that of a cannon,

Millions of us splashed the walls of the cavern.

We raced down the tunnel in search of another,

And there it was just milling about like waiting just

for us.

I pushed and I shoved then I broke through the wall.

I new this was it as our biology fit.

As we began to split we grew and we split,

We shaped and we formed.

Our chromosomes told us that I was a boy.

Blue poker

?

I like to write on how I feel,

And right now I’m feeling blue.

If just one thing in my life went right,

I’d dance the jig for you.

The shits so deep on this end,

Don’t know where my butt stops,

Or where my head begins.

If my life were a poker hand

I’d have to throw it in,

And pray the next hand dealt

Would give me a winning hand.

?

A shot rang out

?

?

It was the night before Christmas and just before

Dawn, I thought I heard a strange noise.

I laid there and listened, listened intent.

There it was again a noise it wasn’t just in my head.

Now I had stopped believing in Santa,

More the Grinch instead.

Or was it a robber a thief in the night.

I panicked as I got out of bed,

Reached in the draw and there was my gun.

In utter silence I tipped toed along,

As the noise I heard didn’t belong.

I saw a shadow at the bottom of the stairs.

My heart stated pounding, my hands shook with

fear, As I tipped toed down the stairs.

Just as quiet as could be I had the gun,

Pointed straight out in front of me.

I rounded the corner as quick as I could,

And there I seen this old man stood.

I squeezed the trigger, a shot rang out,

And with the snap of his fingers the shot died out.

Then I seen he was all dressed in red with black

Boots, And a red hat on his head.

Could it be it’s Santa I see.

Ho, Ho, Ho you almost shot me.

I’m sorry Santa I didn’t believe..

Christmas Cheers

?

?

It was the night before Christmas and all around

Town.

The people were drinking cheers and spreading

good will about.

It was getting late and I was so baked, I stepped

outside

For some fresh air and a smoke break.

I staggered and stumbled, tumbled and fell.

I lied there on my back thinking oh what the hell.

As I lied there and looked, I seen and I saw, but

then I never had seen

Nothing like it at all.

I’ve seen pink elephants and all the such,

But when I though I seen Santa and his reindeer

Well that was just to much.

I lied there and starring looking up in the sky,

But I couldn’t believe my god dam eyes.

There he was just as clear as day,

With Rudolf leading the open sleigh.

As I heard him say into the night,

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

I sat up in awe bewildered and all.

I looked around here and looked over there

Decided to go back in

For a few more good Christmas cheers.

?

?

?

?

Christmas morning

?

?

Christmas morning down the stairs they ran.

There they stood bright faces and cheerful smiles,

Gazing at the Christmas tree and all the presents

stacked around it.

Santa was here, Santa was here,

They cheered as they ran towards all the gifts.

Daddy, daddy can we open them they screamed.

As I handed out the gifts they stood with their hands

Out.

Daddy, daddy just what I wanted wow.

Santa must have gotten your letter I replied.

Daddy, daddy can I play with it now.

No lets finish opening all the gifts I said.

Oh wow look at this neat said Tony,

Daddy, daddy please, please let me play with this

one first.

Ok son ok, Sarah what did you get hon.

Oh a new bike wow you must have been a good

little girl

Oh no cloths oh yes Santa knows you need more

than just toys

See that a nice new coat buddy

Donnalee crawled toward a bike in the corner

With a beaming smile she knew it was hers

Ok that’s just about it guys all the gifts are open

now

What you mean dad that’s it oh man

Hey you guys did pretty good

Dad can you open this one first

Me too, me too please help me too daddy

?

Merry Christmas

?

?

Although the holidays season may look bleak.

Let us not forget that the sprit of Christmas,

Is that of Jesus Christ.

It’s not the economy,

Or what we can’t afford to spend.

Nor jolly old saint Nicholas or putting up the tree.

It’s not the thought of war,

Back there pressing on your mind.

But the thoughts of peace and love,

And the birth of Jesus Christ.

?

?

?

?

Night before Christmas

?

?

It’s the night before Christmas and all around town,

The children were sleeping all tucked in their beds.

Dreams of Santa filled their heads.

Dreams of Christmas and all the cool gifts,

All the great toys and cloths they will get.

All the great games they can’t wait to play,

All there dreams to come filled on Christmas day.

?

?

?

?

Horton’s Halloween

?

?

Ghouls and ghosts Halloween around town,

Horton was excited this Halloween eve.

A night with witch’s and goblins and toblins alike,

With mummy’s and stuffed dummy’s carved

pumpkins that fright.

What will I be oh what will I be this Halloween to

Be.

My trunk, my trunk, oh how do I hide my trunk.

Oh what will I be it’s so hard to be me.

An elifant an elifant I know I could be an elifant,

Oh but an elifant this is not for me.

What’s so scary about an elifant that already looks a

lot like me.

Oh what can I be ,what can I be this Halloween to be,

It’s so hard to be me.

I will be a buffel lump. A buffel lump is what I’ll be,

A buffel lump this Halloween to be.

Oh it’s so easy to be me .A buffel lump is what I’ll be.

Horton the buffel lump on Halloween night,

Horton the buffel lump oh what a sight.

Even the ghouls and ghosts will run in fright,

At the sight of Horton the buffel lump on

Halloween night.

Happy valentines

?

?

Valentines day, that one day,

That one special day to express how you feel

About that one very near and dear.

You are the twinkle of the stars

At night above in the sky,

The twinkle in the stars that caught my eye.

You are the beat within my heart,

Without it my day would never start.

You are the sun that shines upon my world,

So bright in the light I can see just what you mean

to me.

You are the one, the only one

No other can be my valentine.

Happy holidays

?

?

Having family over sharing holiday activates.

With people you love and respect,

People you enjoy spending time with,

people that will always touch your heart your mind

your soul.

Holidays unite family and friends

From all over the world, the feelings of loves

Bond drawing families together.

Inviting family and friends to dine on holiday feasts.

After dinner cheers remembering yesteryears gone

By.

Sharing the joy and happiness of the holidays.

?

?

?

?

Halloween night

?

?

Goblins and ghouls all around you,

Ugly green witch’s boiling a bubbling brew,

Casting evil spells on you.

Ghosts that haunt you scare you,

chill you to the bone.

Creatures of the night

That rise from the grave.

A horrid night a frightful night,

But don’t be scared

It’s just Halloween night.
