When the snow is down and the temperature drops my wondering mind turns to summer days.

SUMMER DREAMERS

Butterflies danced upon a breeze and silent whispers ran through the trees.
Woodland birds did sing praise. "Hail the summer golden days".
Now with winter ice and snow giving us all an Arctic show.
And down among the fields of snow still lives a summer on hold to go.
Slow is time in winters grip, March awaits to complete that trip.
Spring arrives for all to see, how wonderful this world can be.
A summer that lived, and lived in me will live again for
? all to see.

I love the flow of this poem. It's so smooth. I also like the subject matter. Great job. ^_^

And so the cycle continues. The rhythm of nature will always endure, maintaining the proper balance of seasons.
A great poem.
