Annihilation

So strong yet to weak,

Falling apart at the seams;

My pain at its peak,

Why did this happen to me?

Watching myself bleed,

From the razor you gave me;

Escaping the pain, something I need,

Killing the life I used to lead.

Vocation, nothing in the description,

To help me cope with the ache,

No medication, no cure, just fiction-

Is this the price I have to pay?

Crying the tears which weren’t mine to cry,

Walking right into my nightmares,

Leaving me stranded, stab it, twist, it, watch you try,

Leaving everything behind- because nobody cares.

Dying from the inside, too much pain,

Body hurts too much to feel,

A passion ending, nothing left to gain-

Why won’t these wounds you formed heal?
