Exhausted- I keep stumbling forth
while the daimons intrude my girth.
I review my surroundings- his presence approaches
as I rapidly ravel through the branches.
Bewildered I fumble past the trees, each snatching a small piece of my soul.
I falter across a tomb- one of the umpteen outstretched on the horizon- the dread infiltrates my lungs: conflict to control.
In my rear the fissure of leaves pelt like missiles in my ears,
and I try to immerse the lump of fears.
With no way to turn, no route to elude,
he and his minions, into my life they did intrude.
Life- a killer lurching its feed to bombard.
Myself- just another headstone in its graveyard.
