I look around the alley so dark

To find a way or light a spark

Startling at the slightest sound being made

like a poor goat for slaughter being laid

My eyes do not seem to wrok

and legs are as cold as ice

I'm screaming for some love

and a good place to hide

from my own emotions and blames

from my consciousness and shame

from my identity and fame

from my very own name

I lurk in the distant corners of hopelessness

yet missing the reason to be there

My existence doesn't really help much

I'd rather be not here
