My soul was crushed,

Just like the charcoal toast I made this morning.

A pile of pitch black dust is all that's left.

My sould was crushed,

Just like the rib-cage of the carcase on the side of the road.

Smashed and ground into the asphalt.

My soul was crushed,

Just like the windshield of a car that experienced a head-on collision.

Shattered into a million itty-bitty pieces.

My soul was crushed,

Just like the bones in the guys nose i broke yesterday.

Broken and crooked as hell.

my soul was CRUSHED!!
