This is just basically my first piece of work, it's the introduction to a collection of stories I have experienced.

I know it's not very long but would appreciate any feedback back!

In my eyes at the end of the day, as well as many of my friends and families’, I am just a lost boy. Someone who is not willing to make any ties with the people he should be, and to most people this is considered the wrong way to live your life.

I believe it is the prime way to live in a world that is just not as forgiving as you may have first learned. On this day, Thursday the 22nd of November 2012, I lost faith in the human race for a lot more reasons than my little mind can cope with.

For you, as the reader and hopefully the person who has purchased this hard back limited edition of my book (I have high hopes for this one, if you can’t tell already) you have to really try to understand me and what has been going on in this little thinking pot of mine for the past 19 years. To say the least, I feel a rather large briefing can’t go un-heard.

Basically, I am your ordinary teenage boy (ahem, young man) who does admit to enjoying the considerably good things in life from alcohol to women, and drugs on occasion but not as often as my peers may think. I was the kid in primary school that wouldn’t stop until he climbs that tree right to the top, or the child that would try and live in the woods all by himself no matter what his parents said. To sum it up, as a wee nipper I wasn’t uncontrollable by any stretch of the imagination. I played by the rules but enjoyed pushing the boundaries every now and then!

Before we go into the actual business of the book let me tell you this, as much as some of my stories and the way in which I word my thoughts may give the impression that I am not a happy person, in all truth, I love my life. So just remember, in the cases of some of these dark stories they have in fact made me who I am. And to be honest, I think I am rather brilliant!
