Insanely Famous

Concealed in a cloak of self defiance,
disguising the heart with blood-red flames,
despair driven though a putrid soul,
dancing around obstacles with tricks and games.

Locked inside a sheltered mind,
thoughts controlled by determination,
slowly the fortifications collapse,
exposing the damaged hostile creation.

Twitchy movements of a rigid body,
restraining the negative act of impulse,
realigning each considered path,
the course always taken false.

Heart-strings and brainwaves,
a tension blocked vein,
colliding conflicts of desire,
trapped inside the need for fame.

It’s insanity, for sure,
but it will never fade,
for as long as life still lingers,
they will always have it made.
