MOODY

Early you rise at times

With a broad glowing smile

Kiss me hello shamelessly

In front of everyone

But, all of a sudden

Your thin blond hairs

Behind dark curtains hide

I hear blunt drops fall

Soon the shower is on

At your mercy, my body is soaked

Somber, relentless you’ve become

No apparent reason for that

Our bodies are now clean

It is still morning

I see you smile again

Gilded hairs loom out of the curtains

A full day lies ahead

What should I expect?

Will you treat me nicely?

Or

Should I be on the lookout?

So many years under the same ceiling

Still no way to figure you out

Blue, red or grey

What color will you turn?

With southern skies

It is always hard to tell
