Shook my heartbeat as icy water permeates me.

At the break of dawn, in a hungry sea.

Barely ten years of age

it was a normal routine

in my school summer breaks.

Just playing silly along the waves.

As I immersed myself in Gods grace.

Goose bumps creeping up on me.

As i made my way home for a simple meal.

Living by the deep blue sea was a luxury to me.

You see , I wasn't born with a silver spoon.

Only riches I had, was a humble home on a hill

and infinite views of fleeting moons.

Taking on endless journeys as I embarked.

Carrying these treasures hidden deep in my heart.

Moved up to the city to search for my dreams.

Working very hard and having a lifestyle that screams..

Bright lights

Cool cocktails that comes in streams.

Now living in a home with a view of skyline.

Skycrapers looking so fine.

Sitting in my patio as I sip my wine.

Still, I reminisce of those years by the haunting sea.

Where In the wild nature, that was simple , serene and free.
