Aeryos ran outside to her garden, she saw that all the trees were starting to turn red and orange.  It was the most beautiful thing she had ever saw, watching the tree's leaves slowly fall down.  Something had caught her attention, a flower.  She stood there looking at the one particular flower that stood out from the rest, it was red and warm to the touch.  It looked more like it belonged in Hawaii then here.  Aeryos could hear her father's boots pounding down the stairs and him screaming her name. Aeryos paniced.

Aeryos didn't know what had made her pick up the flower, but it felt like the flower was calling her name; No, It was calling her.  When she picked the flower up she realized that she never planted this flower, and that realization triggered something in the flower.  The tree leaves flew off the leaves and formed a scarf of leaves.  The owls that usually hung out in her garden changed form creating the leaves that levitated around her.  They obviously weren't real owls.  Then she noticed there were horns curving up on the side of her head.  She fell to the floor and crawled to the pond, where she had kept Koi fish.

She was a Demon, Autumn's Demon.

She heard her father open the door.  Aeryos looked up at him with tears in her eyes.
He said to her, "Aeryos!  What have you done! Don't tell me you picked up that flower?" She screamed at her direction.  Aeryos hated her father, She always had.
So she yelled back, "I did!  What do you have against this flower!?"  Obviously she wasn't thinking when she said this.  Her father had hated almost everything, and this time he had the perfect reason to hate the flower.  It turned her into a monster, but this man knew something about why she was like this.

"Why am I like this?!" she screamed at him.

"Because..." His voice lowered but his anger stayed the same.

"WHY?!" She yelled even louder.

"Because you have demon blood flowing through you." Father had walked toward her slowly, hopeing not to scare her away.

"What.."

"Yes, Aeryos, you are a demon.  Your mother was one too, but the blood inside of you was thicker.  So in order for you to live a normal life she sealed you're demon form in that exact type of fire flower that is in your hair.  She died sealing that, Aeryos.  She died to let you live a normal life."

This had hit Aeryos like a baseball hitting you in the face.  She couldn't believe what she was hearing.  She was a demon?  That was impossible, Demons dont exist.  She turned her head to look at her reflection in the pond.  Somehow the tears had fallen down her cheeks, she swiped them away.  Father was much closer to her now.

She Looked at him again and said, "So I am a demon?"

"Yes." Father had replied in a softly quiet voice.

There was a silence through out the garden and Aeryos didn't know what she could do.  Where does a demon go?  She stood there looking at her father, then turned away.   Father's eyes widened, for he knew exactly what she was going to say.

"I have to leave this place."

Aeryos ran as fast as she could, exactly like the wind.  Powerful and Free from restraints.
Her father looked at her run, looked at the ground, then weeped.
