I came up with this while holding my hand over the candle I have burning in my room. I was just trying to warm up my hand and I got a small burn on my finger. Then something hit me, and I picked up a pencil and paper and started writing.

The smallest flame can leave the largest burn

The smallest drop could drown us all

And even though you don't believe

The lightest push brings  you to your knees

The shortest kiss can steal your breath

The slightest tap can leave a bruise

If you think not, you're a fool

The smallest step will take you far

The shortest distance can feel like miles

The darkest heart can become kind

Expectations keep growing higher

The smallest seed can make the largest tree

The dimmest light can be so blinding

The truest truth can become a lie

Battles are still won and lost

The end is where we all begin
