It is funny how one man controls the lives of many. This is just another anti-war poem. Please fell free to comment on it.

Shinning silvery white.

(Ghostly shadows...)

Brave soilders holding lines

?

Blotchy eyes painted red

(Inside the nightmare...)

Blackened organs of the dead

?

Political wars to win a job

(Selfish aspirations...)

Forgetting all that will be lost

?

Elections come for those who’ll stay.

?(Dreams of statues...)

Victorious screams and prideful waves.

?

Behind those lines drawn in the sand.

(Death to death...)

Brothers kill brothers for oil and land.

?

Lay down tonight and dream

(Envious of their youth...)

of all the sons that you now lead.

?

?

I quite enjoyed the form of it. I must say that I agree with your point of view. So many lives lost for one man's ego and greed. Disgusting, really.

Politics aside, I like the structure of a poem within a poem. Nicely woven. What is with all the question marks though?

Thank you...Well the question marks represent the need to always ask our goverment questions...The main one being why?
Also, i liked the way they looked..
