Depression is not easy to fight, but when it comes and goes as it pleases, it becomes that much harder. It's easier to remain on the ground in pain than it is to rise and fall over and over.

You Fall
into this deep darkness
Fight, Fight
your brain is screaming
But
it's not that easy

You Fall

deeper and deeper in
Just Can't
find the escape you desperately
Need So
the darkness becomes your life

Then

things look up finally and
You Hope
the dreams you have are
Finally
coming true at last

That Hope

turned to bitter dust as you
Sunk
back into the pit of despair
Fighting
does you no good at all

The Pain

is pushing in from all sides
Your Heart
is crushed so tightly that it
Breaks
and you can't breathe properly

This Cycle Is

just terrible because it is
Never Ending
and it will always hold you back
Why Can't
you feel one without the other

You Fall

deep down and stay forever
In Despair
with no hope for respite
Or
always feel the hope you crave

Feel

both in absolute torture knowing
Happiness
hurts far worse when you
Always
find hope and fall from so high
