THREE WISHES FOR MY PRINCESS

I was travelling on a lonely road in twilight,

When I found my way blocked by a hooded figure.

The hooded figure claimed to be a genie,

And granted me three wishes.

I held the locket around my neck,

WIth your picture smiling at me.

I realize that with you, I didn't desire any wishes.

You; the first thing I see when I wake up,

And the last thing before I fall asleep.

I'm dead in those moments when you are not with me.

I do not desire any wealth,

Because you are the only riches of my life.

I do not desire any health,

Because you are the only one keeping my mind, soul and body intact.

Without you in my life, I would die.

For you are my sunset and my sunrise and everything in between, Princess.

And so, I left the hooded figure behind me,

For some other person, who hasn't found his Princess.
