If you need something to boost your morale, this poem is for you. May you discover your beautiful, unique wings and may you fly. Show the others in your life that you are not the weakling, but the one who will show them the freedom of flight. Teach them to fly.

Be you

The morning star

In the darkness that you are

Have you not come

To answer my prayer?

May your wings

Bring me fortitude

May your touch be music

Which I desire

Bless my yearnings

Bring me the wind

I crave to feel

But I meet you again

And see

You do not have wings

Alas, so waiting once more

While you mildly plead

No rebuke forthcoming

Hope turned its side

I answer your prayerLet me teach you to fly

Awesome! Heartfelt, elegant and a teasing format that tempts the eyes. Write a mini-sequel!
