At first light, we rode back to the subway in a striker. We had a brief firefight at the entrance, but they were no match for us with our new m-4 assault rifles. when we came to the door they were in, Marry jumped in my arms and practly got shot by the guy next to me who thought she was trying to eat me. Anyway, once we got them back to the camp, they went off to get cleaned up in the \"showers\" and get some fresh clothes, while I went back to see if Sam had anything that I could help with. when I got to his tent, he said that There was a patroll getting ready to leave for a supply run, and if I wanted to, then I could tag along and help provide security. Of coarse I jumped right into the opportunity to be the marine I once was. So, at 0300 P.M., I got suited up. It all felt so right to me. The smells, the \"click clack\" of our weapons being loaded and cocked, the adrenaline, and just the energy in the air. There was apparently to large of a group of those things in our path to our location(a old Wall-Mart on the outskirts of the city), so we were going to she inserted in by helicopter. Our lift off is in five minutes, so I told Sam to tell Joseph and marry where I was, and that I would be back soon. Well, the helicopter is about to lift off, and it's hard to wright while you fly, so I will write when I get the chance. P.S- semper fi, do or die
