I see the tears glittering in your eyes.
Hands pressed together, tight between your thighs.
I see them fall, spilling over soft cheeks.
Your sob breaks through, you say you haven't heard from him in weeks.
I held you close, wishing there was a way I could help.
Never knowing, not truly, how you ever really felt.
But now I do, and I'm sitting here, halfway crying over you.
Wishing, hoping, that somehow, every word you said was true.
My paranoia is heavy, strong and unwavering...
My mind is weak, and it's not doing a damn thing.
My legs have buckled, I'm on my knees.
Every nerve in my body is begging, honey don't, please!
And the only thing I can do is sit here and wait...
Not knowing what's on time, or what's late...
You're not didn't leave...
All you ever had to say was that you didn't really want me...
