About

Hello, my name is Alaska Gray and I think I hate myself.  Why else would I do what I do? How is any of this loving? Yet that is what I get from is, such loving destruction.  I have struggled with cutting for years and for the past couple months have been struggling with anorexia, and I'm pretty sure that I can tack bulimia on to that as well.

I write when I am in my low moments because that sometimes can be just a much as a release as cutting, or not eating can be.  And I want to love myself, I really do, I have just forgotten how.

My writings can be graphic, and sad, but how is that different from any other truth? Everything I write is true, it is not dramatized, I am just that messed up!

I hope that my writings can be just as much a release or comfort to you as they are to me most times!
