I have created a house called The Review Chain. It's where you can go for getting good constructive reviews. I'd love it if you take a look and join the house.

Um di da Um di dee..

So, like many peope on this site I enjoy writing. I've been on here for awhile now and so admittedly some of my older writing makes me cringe, and it's not like the newer stuff is that great either. But that's okay, we're all here to learn right? I'm happy as long as I enjoy what I do, and I hope that comes through in my work.

I've studied religion, counselling and have just gone back to uni to study career guidance. I have always been drawn to learning as many different things as possible and something I love about reading is that, even though it's often fiction, it still teaches something about the world or imagination.

I appreciate it incredibly if you read something of mine and any comments, thoughts, whatever about my writing are always welcomed and appreciated.

So this is it, my little home in the Booksie world.

Let me use this extra space, to acknowledge some wonderful writers on here:

Paul Jagar. His writing will grip you with every word and make you have to read more to find out what ingenious thing will happen next. He is the master of building suspense and keeping you engaged with every little word, and his creative ideas will only absorb you more in his writing. His book 'Nightly Mischief' starts off with anticipation that only continues to build and will not have a bland ending. For anyone who enjoys horror and suspense, and also interesting and engaging writing, please read his works because you will not be disappointed.

C.S. Spence.  He is a very creative and masterful writer. His writing takes you away to the scene and places you there in the middle of it; seeing each little detail and feeling each little moment. Even in scenes which seem absolutely impossible and almost absurd to imagine, he makes it seem possible, like it has actually happened.  The Eternal Torment series is a favourite of mine. There is a growing intrigue to what starts as a shipwreck but quickly becomes so much than just a classic pirate story. It gets more exciting and surprising with each new installment and makes you questions where the lines of reality are drawn.

Taz Amor. Her writing has such a depth of emotion, and the feelings take you through her words. She really has a strength for capturing emotions and not just sharing them, but breathing them through her words and making you feel those emotions too. She also has a wonderful ability to be uplifting in her writing, and there is a good messsage of hope in many of her works. If you read her writing (which I highly recommend you do), you'll find both emotion and inspiration in her words.

This is where you can leave a short message for the writer. All Quickees are public. To leave a private message, use the private messaging system.
