A beautiful poems on me by one of my co-poet :

A Haiku for me :

Your poem floods my mind As rain fills a babbling brook Joyfully and right.

By - Dibs ***************************************************************************

The urge to write has been expressed very aptly by T.S.Eliot, according to him, “you write because you feel the need to free yourself of something.” I too experience the same thing, when I write there is a strong feeling of freeing myself from something which has stuck to my mind and until and unless I do not express it in words and share it with my readers I feel very restless. The process reveals that writing is a psychological and aesthetic compulsion. It also serves a social need when writers write about and for other people, as in a novel, short story or in poem. By writing for others a bond is established with them. Writing is a two way process. Not only does it affect the writer but also the reader. It is though reading the work of a writer, the reader experiences something nobel and unique. When he goes though the work of the writer, he enters a new world with unique social situations, characters and emotions……..

"I have never started a poem whose end I knew, writing poem is discovering". Robert Frost

"My ideas usually comes not at my desk writing but in midst of living". Anais Nin

A lamp does not speak. It introduce itself through its light.

“Poetry is the journal of the sea animal living on land, wanting to fly in the air. Poetry is a search for syllables to shoot at the barriers of the unknown and the unknowable. Poetry is a phantom script telling how rainbows are made and why they go away”. Carl Sandburg

"Criticism, like rain, should be gentle enough to nourish a man’s growth without destroying his roots." Frank A. Clark
