Writing and visual art have always competed for my time. There was a time where you couldn't stop me from doing both, everywhere, anywhere. In class, at parties, on paper, on skin- always with something that could make a mark.Art school almost killed it for me, but after a long break and years of the daily grind, I'm finally getting back to it. Here's hoping there's still something worth something in my tired brain.
I like everything. It's all the same to me. Make-up, calligraphy, landscapes, needle & thread, a facial expression. Most of what I write these days is this silly book I'm trying to write (an adaptation of a graphic novel that I started in highschool and never got far with), song lyrics, and the occasional drunken spit-up of poetry-like substance. I apologize in advance.
